“What brought us to The Residence Club were the two great golf courses. After golfing one day, we decided to take a look and we were very impressed. But at the same time upset, because we had just built a new home a couple years back and we would have loved to have been able to take notes. Everything was done with first-class taste! We were “wowed” by the use of impressive stone work, the first-class furnishings, the comfortable layout, and the setting on the 18th fairway at Tullymore. The outdoor seating is so welcoming that it makes you want to sit out all day and watch the golfers go by. The Clubhouse, food, people and atmosphere at Tullymore are superior! “Day one: We first visited the model homes in July of 2008, with our daughter and granddaughter. We were most impressed by the quality of the home. The workmanship was exceptional! We met Karen Nouhan at that time and began a discussion about the condos that would be built. Within a very short time we agreed to purchase a condo as investment property. The attraction of the condo was the price, membership included, fully furnished and the timing of the completion ready for rental. The 2 year, 30 percent down and no interest or payment was a significant incentive for the purchase. The process to build went very well. Tom and Danny were super to work with, very accommodating with changes, improvements and new ideas. Karen provided all of the coordination for building, rental and subsequent early purchase. All went as well as could be expected for this new project. We both were on a steep learning curve since we were the first condo to be built for rental. We are still changing some items today to adjust to the prospective renters. Since that time Debbie Higgins has been our rental contact and has been very responsive to all inquires. Tom continues to be involved as we work on the second year contract. The condo quality and workmanship has been equal to what we observed when we first saw the model homes in 2008. Everyone we take on a tour has commented on the high quality workmanship and value for the money. Overall we are happy with our decision to buy the condo and some day we will likely use it as our summer home.”
